澳门皇家赌城在线大学 offers opportunities for students to gain experiential learning so that they can enter the workforce with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue careers and jobs. There are two ways to participate: 实习s and externships.

These programs offer students’ academic credit opportunities related to their 实习 经验 with your organization. . Our students are looking forward to the opportunity to become a part of your organization!

实习

An 实习 program can be a cost-effective method to increase your visibility on campus or online and for identifying potential candidates for future, 全职员工. 实习 are the perfect opportunity for students to gain 经验 by jumping into specific activities that are required for the job. 实习 位置s can be either paid or unpaid, and students can earn academic credit for both. 有了实习, 学生可以了解你的组织, 获得知识, 学习新的技能，比如公开演讲, 创意设计, 和更多的!

校外实习期 are training programs established by institutions or organizations that provide 经验-based learning to externs. 在这个项目中, externs observe a worker in their workplace environment and are able to ask questions. This learning program is normally a much shorter amount of time than an 实习. 把实习看作是工作见习.

When offering an 实习 or externship, keep in mind that a quality 实习:

• Consists of a part-time work schedule that includes no more than 25% clerical or administrative 职责.

• Orients the student to the organization, its culture and proposed work assignment(s).
