There are specific costs that may be considered as an adjustment to 出勤费用.  如果这适用于您，请提交 预算调整表 到财政援助办公室进行审查.  这些成本调整的例子包括:

Child care and/or dependent care expenses incurred to care for a child or other dependent may be allowed as an addition to the 出勤费用.  受扶养人必须是你的家庭成员, and the care must be required for you to attend classes.  例如, if the dependent child is a child who is in school during the same time you attend classes, 不包括受扶养人照顾津贴.  Likewise, if the spouse is normally at home to provide care, an allowance would not be appropriate.  Actual costs incurred are considered, and documentation must be provided.

如果你有残疾, an allowance may be considered for those expenses related to the 残疾, 包括特别服务, 运输, 设备, and/or supplies that are reasonable and required for pursuit of an eligible program of study and not provided by other assisting agencies.  You must be able to justify and document these costs.

电脑 costs will be reviewed on a case by case basis with appropriate documentation (such as a receipt of purchase) in accordance with federal regulations.  On request a one-time adjustment may be added to a student's 出勤费用.  

书籍及用品

You can expect to have varied costs per semester for books and supplies.  The average/estimated component in the annual/published 出勤费用 is meant to be a guide. Depending upon your field of study and/or your course load, you may have additional costs for required text books and/or course materials.  You may submit for review an appeal for consideration of extraordinary expenses by providing to our office a written statement of your expenses and copies of receipts showing book and supply purchases.  Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis and within a reasonable amount, we may approve an adjustment to your 出勤费用.
